We provide domestic cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, corporate cleaning and post construction cleaning across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. The exact scope of work for your booking will be confirmed with you, by phone, text or in writing, before the appointment takes place.

• Quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your property and requirements. If the property differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price before starting or completing the work.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are inclusive of standard cleaning products and equipment unless agreed otherwise.

• You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, whether that is being present, providing keys, or arranging access with a third party (such as a letting agent).
• If we are unable to gain access at the agreed time through no fault of our own, a call-out charge may apply.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted price.
• We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment in cases of illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control, and will give you as much notice as possible.

• Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing, such as on an invoice with different payment terms.
• For regular domestic cleaning, payment is typically due at each visit or on the schedule agreed with you.
• For end of tenancy, corporate and post construction cleaning, an invoice will usually be issued, with payment due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payment may result in suspension of future bookings until the outstanding balance is settled.

• We take reasonable care when working in your property. If any damage is caused directly by our team's negligence, please report it within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve it fairly.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or the failure of fixtures, fittings or appliances that were already faulty, worn or near the end of their working life.
• We are not responsible for items of significant value left unsecured during a clean. Please store valuables, cash and irreplaceable items safely before our arrival.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you provide us with keys or access codes, we will store and use them only for the purpose of carrying out your booking, and keep them securely at all times. Keys will be returned or securely disposed of at the end of an arrangement, at your request.

We reserve the right to decline or end a booking where we reasonably believe the working environment is unsafe, abusive, or where conditions at the property fall materially outside what was described to us. Where possible, we will discuss this with you first.

Any personal information you provide, such as your name, address and contact details, is used only to arrange and carry out your booking, and is handled in line with UK data protection law. We do not sell your information to third parties. See our Privacy notice for details.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply. The most current version will always be available on this page.

• When you use the quote form: your name, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in, and any message you write.
• When you call or message us: the details you share, such as your address, the size of your property and access arrangements.
• When you book with us: your address, appointment times and payment records.

We use this to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out your clean, take payment and keep our business records. Our reasons are that you have asked us to take steps towards a contract, that we need the information to carry out that contract, that it is in our legitimate interests to run and improve our business, and that the law requires us to keep accounting records.

We do not sell your details. We use trusted services to run the business, such as Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions, WhatsApp, which we use to message you, and payment and accounting providers where needed. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, with appropriate protections in place.

If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we keep it for up to 12 months in case you get back in touch. If you become a customer, we keep your details while we work together, and keep invoices and payment records for up to 6 years, as required for accounting and tax. After that we delete or anonymise them.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us using the details above.
